The service

Unpolished Diamonds provides a public website and mentorship platform for Diamond Profiles, guided Polishing Paths, Mentor Circles, Action Stones, community accountability, content, support, and measurable growth proof.

The service is not medical care, therapy, legal advice, financial advice, crisis support, or a guaranteed outcome program.

Accounts and eligibility

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Access may be limited, suspended, or removed if conduct, safety, capacity, payment, or policy rules require it.
• Some mentor, sponsor, organization, or youth flows may require review, consent, or additional safeguards.

Mentorship and programs

Mentors provide human guidance, accountability, and practical direction. The platform supports sessions with preparation, summaries, Action Stones, progress records, and proof of growth.

Program schedules, mentor availability, certificates, cohort participation, and package access may vary by plan, capacity, sponsor terms, and policy.

AI-supported features

AI may support reflection, summarization, profile generation, mentor preparation, and accountability prompts. AI does not replace human mentors and must not be treated as professional advice.

Users should review AI outputs carefully and ask for human support when a situation is sensitive, urgent, or unclear.

Sponsors and organizations

Sponsors and organizations may fund seats, cohorts, or programs. Reports are designed for sponsor-safe accountability and should not expose private individual details unless policy and consent allow it.

Organization administrators may receive scoped reporting for attendance, completion, cohort progress, and agreed outcomes.

Packages, billing, and changes

Free access can exist alongside paid mentorship, group, founder, executive, sponsor-funded, organization, event, or premium content packages.

Prices, capacity, eligibility, renewals, cancellations, and refunds should be shown in the relevant purchase or agreement flow. If a payment provider is not configured, payment-related workflows may be manual or unavailable.

Conduct and safeguarding

• Do not harass, exploit, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other users.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, private, or infringing content.
• Respect mentor boundaries, private notes, community rules, and safeguarding workflows.
• The platform may review, restrict, or escalate content and activity to protect users.

Content and intellectual property

Unpolished Diamonds, its logos, product names, playbooks, designs, and platform materials belong to their owners. Users retain rights in their own submitted content, subject to the permission needed to operate the service.

You may not copy, resell, scrape, or misuse platform materials outside the service without permission.

Limits and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but availability can be affected by maintenance, infrastructure, third-party providers, security issues, or product changes.

These terms may be updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
