What Google data is used?
If Google sign-in is enabled, only basic sign-in profile data is used: name, email, profile picture if available, and Google account identifier.
Does the app read Gmail, Calendar, Drive, or Workspace data?
No. The public codebase does not request Gmail, Calendar, Drive, or Workspace scopes.
How do I delete my data?
Use /data-deletion or contact the privacy email listed there. Identity verification may be required.
Is Google data used for AI model training?
No. Google user data is not used to train generalized AI or ML models.
Mentorship
Does AI replace mentors?
No. AI supports reflection and preparation. Human mentors remain central.
Can one mentee have more than one mentor?
Yes, under Mentor Circle governance with a clear shared action plan.
What are Action Stones?
Action Stones are concrete tasks assigned from programs, sessions, or reflection so growth becomes visible.

What is a Diamond Profile?
A living growth profile that brings together identity, facets, goals, mentor guidance, and proof of progress.
What is a Polishing Path?
A guided route with actions, reviews, mentorship rhythm, and evidence expectations.
Are the full scoring formulas public?
No. Public pages give a useful glimpse without exposing internal scoring or level design.
Organizations
Can a school, church, company, or sponsor run a cohort?
Yes. The organization page explains cohorts, funded seats, sponsor-safe reporting, and privacy boundaries.
What do sponsors see?
Reports should focus on cohort attendance, completion, outcomes, and anonymized progress proof unless policy and consent allow more.
Are outcomes guaranteed?
No. The platform structures support and proof, but it does not guarantee jobs, revenue, grades, or life outcomes.
