The model

A Mentor Circle is the support structure around a mentee. It can include a Principal Mentor standard, a Lead or Primary Mentor, specialist Facet Mentors, and cohort-style support where the package or program allows it.

The aim is not to make people collect mentors. The aim is to keep guidance coherent, human, and accountable.

Matching and readiness

Mentor fit considers goals, stage, growth area, capacity, style, and context.
Sessions should start with preparation, not cold conversation.
Action Stones turn guidance into visible next steps.
Shared plans help reduce duplicated or conflicting advice.

Mentor roles

Role	Public explanation
Principal Mentor	Stewards the standard, core philosophy, and high-trust guidance where appropriate.
Lead or Primary Mentor	Keeps the mentee's path coherent and reviews progress across sessions.
Facet Mentor	Supports a focused growth area such as career, leadership, entrepreneurship, discipline, or finance.
Cohort Mentor	Guides group accountability, shared assignments, and program rhythm.

Boundaries

Mentor access can depend on package, sponsor seat, capacity, safety, and policy. Private mentor notes remain private unless explicitly shared according to product rules.
